Feeling overwhelmed, fearful, exhausted? Come and experience rest for your mind, body and soul as we engage in chair yoga, somatic practice and contemplation. We will begin with sharing a simple supper and begin our rest practice at 6pm. Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto by Tricia Hersey will also be one of our Lenten travel companions. Books will be available.
