Macalester Plymouth United Church has a long relationship of service to the Hallie Q. Brown Food Shelf, and Hallie Q. Brown has a long relationship of service to those of our community in need.

The Holiday Season is at hand, and as these traditions continue, HQB will be distributing holiday food baskets to those in need. Prior to that, they are accepting dollars and donated food.

By donating money, your donation will go further. The average retail cost for food at the grocery store is $1.75/lb. Through their partners, HQB can purchase the same food items for about $0.15/lb.
