MPUC’s Land Acknowledgement Statement urges us to learn from our Indigenous neighbors, so we invite you to bring potluck dishes with locally grown and foraged ingredients.  Help to honor Indigenous culture and ancestry as local Indigenous leaders reclaim the culture of their native food and emphasize food as medicine. Let’s explore as a church the renewal of native food culture as a way to recognize the Indigenous culture in Minnesota. Reclamation of ancestral food is at the heart of the reclamation locally.  Look for other upcoming events and join us as we explore our church’s role in honoring Indigenous legacy.
